On behalf of our Client, we are looking for:
Real Estate Administrator - Italian speaking (m/f)
Mjesto rada: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

  • Provides the real estate team with daily administrative support
  • Assists with market research, preparing documents, contract proposals, contracts, supporting documents and property financial comparable analyses
  • Manages and maintains the department real estate database and records system
  • Assists with the creation, data entry and tracking of various locations reports

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in administrative jobs and real estate sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • At least B2 level of Italian and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Attention to details
  • Strong determination and enthusiasm
  • Willingness to relocate for the training period (west Europe)
