The method of evaluating managerial skills by a larger number of coworkers creating a "full circle" around the person being evaluated. We set the project in DEKRA application and the evaluation process is done through an online questionnaire.


The questionnaire covers the following areas: communication skills, expertise, analytical, strategic and organizational skills, productivity, motivation, decision-making, integrity, management, innovativeness and adaptability.


Evaluator groups: superiors, coworkers at the same level (peers), subordinate coworkers and self-evaluation

DEKRA 180° is an adapted version of DEKRA 360° assessment regarding a specially designed questionnaire used for assessing business characteristics of employees in non-managerial functions by a larger number of colleagues.
