The method of evaluating managerial skills by a larger number of coworkers creating a "full circle" around the person being evaluated. We set the project in DEKRA HR.net application and the evaluation process is done through an online questionnaire.
The questionnaire covers the following areas: communication skills, expertise, analytical, strategic and organizational skills, productivity, motivation, decision-making, integrity, management, innovativeness and adaptability.
Evaluator groups: superiors, coworkers at the same level (peers), subordinate coworkers and self-evaluation

DEKRA 180° is an adapted version of DEKRA 360° assessment regarding a specially designed questionnaire used for assessing business characteristics of employees in non-managerial functions by a larger number of colleagues.
